My Services

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes it’s anxiety or stress; other times it’s concern for a child or navigating a change that feels hard to manage alone. I work collaboratively with individuals and parents to understand what’s happening and tailor therapy to fit their needs and goals. Therapy offers space to gain clarity, build coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.

I work with adults, children, teens, and parents, focusing on anxiety, life transitions, grief, and family-related concerns.

Anxiety Therapy

I provide therapy for anxiety that helps clients better understand their worries, manage stress, and feel more grounded. Together we work on practical tools as well as the underlying patterns that contribute to anxiety, at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Life Transitions & Stress

Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can bring uncertainty, overwhelm, and emotional strain. Therapy can help you navigate change, process loss or adjustment, and find steadiness during new stages of life.

Parent Support & Family Guidance

 Supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges can feel overwhelming. I work with parents to better understand their child’s needs, develop effective strategies, and feel more confident and grounded in their parenting approach. 

Therapy for Children & Teens

I work with children and teens experiencing anxiety, mood changes, behavioral challenges, and difficulties related to school or peer relationships. Therapy is tailored to the child’s developmental level and focuses on helping them understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel supported.

Grief, Loss & Bereavement

Grief can arise from death, illness, or other significant losses, and each person’s experience is unique. I offer compassionate support to help individuals and families process loss, honor their experience, and move forward at their own pace.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT

CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together we explore patterns that may be keeping someone stuck and develop practical strategies that support more balanced thinking, healthier coping, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
